You can reach us via the chat on the website, the Contact page, Messenger, Instagram, and Facebook. We’ll be happy to help you quickly with any questions about sizes, brands, or your order.

2. How can I find the right size?
Our pieces come from French and international brands, each with its own fit. Every child grows differently, so allow for natural variations. Some brands run small, others true to size, and some larger. Don’t hesitate to ask us if you like an item and aren’t sure about the size, our experience will help guide you.

3. Can I visit a store?
Yes! We welcome you on Fridays at Givon Vintage Market, Givon Square, Tel Aviv, from 9 AM to 3 PM. Just next to Sarona, it’s a lovely spot to see our new arrivals in person.

4. Is the Little Parisian website secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted and securely processed. Please note: the payment page appears in Hebrew, but you can safely pay using multiple methods.

5. Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout Israel. Delivery usually takes 5-10 business days, depending on the location, especially for Yehuda and Shomron.

6. What are the shipping fees?
Shipping within Israel costs 40 NIS. Delivery is free for orders over 400 NIS. Free pickup is available in Givatayim (6–7 business days, by appointment) and at Shuk Givon on Fridays, to be confirmed together.

7. Can I exchange or return an item?
Items sold on Little Parisian are second-hand, carefully described and photographed. We do not issue refunds. However, if the size, color, or fit does not meet your expectations, you can request an exchange or store credit on the day you receive your order. Store credits have no expiration date.

8. How can I make a gift?
Your order can be beautifully gift-wrapped and delivered to the address you provide. You can also purchase a gift card of any amount, valid site-wide with no time limit.

9. When do you restock items?
All our pieces are unique and sold individually, so we cannot guarantee the same item will be available again. New items are added regularly, so keep an eye on our website for updates! ✨
