1. Purpose
These general terms govern all sales made on the Little Parisian website, specialized in second-hand clothing and accessories for children, women, and occasionally men. New items are clearly marked as such.

2. Prices
All prices are displayed in shekels (₪), including taxes. Shipping fees are indicated before the order is confirmed.

3. Payment
Payment is secure and made online via the methods available on the site.
Please note: the checkout page appears in Hebrew, but the process remains fully secure.

4. Orders
Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms. Items are prepared within a maximum of 48 business hours. In case of stock errors, the item concerned will be refunded before shipping.
Photographs and descriptions posted on the site are considered part of the contract for unique second-hand items.
The customer acknowledges having reviewed the characteristics of the item (condition, size, color, description) before confirming the order.

5. Delivery Policy
Home deliveries are made in Israel via a delivery company. All products are shipped on business days, and delivery times vary depending on the destination, Sunday to Thursday, between 5 and 10 days.
Little Parisian is not responsible for delays or deliveries made by a third party in case of force majeure, strike, or customer absence at the time of delivery.

Free pickup in Givatayim: 6/7 business days, by appointment.
Free pickup in Tel Aviv (Shuk Givon, Givon Square): Fridays only, 9 am to 3 pm, subject to presence.

6. Exchanges and Store Credit
Items sold on Little Parisian are second-hand, carefully described and photographed. No refunds are issued.
In case of perceived non-compliance (size, color, fit, etc.), an exchange or store credit will only be offered if the request is made the same day the order is received.
Any request beyond this period will not be considered, without exception.
Credit is automatically issued immediately upon validation and is valid indefinitely on the entire site.

7. Minimum Age Requirement
By placing an order on the Little Parisian website, the customer confirms that they are 18 years of age or older and legally able to enter into a binding purchase agreement.

8. Order Cancellation
All cancellation requests must be made in writing via the online store chat during customer service hours. Requests sent outside these hours will be processed on the next business day, provided the order has not yet been handed to the carrier.
Oral or verbal requests will not be accepted.

Customer service hours: Sunday to Thursday: 9 am - 7 pm / Friday: 9 am - 2 pm

Before shipment:
Cancellation is possible as long as the order has not been handed to the carrier. In this case, the order amount will be credited as store credit, usable across the site, and issued immediately. No bank refund will be given.

After shipment:
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. The customer may still request an exchange or store credit according to Article 6. Delivery fees already incurred (fixed fee of 40 ₪) will be deducted.

9. Product Liability
Little Parisian and/or its representatives cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of products or services purchased on the site. Information on the site does not constitute professional advice. Any use of products or information is at the user’s own risk.

10. Privacy Policy
Little Parisian takes all reasonable precautions to protect the confidentiality of users’ personal information. Data provided during registration or purchase is used solely for site operation and proper order execution. No personal information is shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
